Why Water is Key to Hair Growth?

Are you experiencing hair loss or thinning? Or dry, brittle hair? This could be connected to lack of water intake. When we drink water, it reaches our hair follicles last. If there isn't an adequate amount of water in your system, your hair follicles have a lack of a source to pull water from, leaving our hair roots thirsty and dry. Dryness leads to breakage. Even if you take supplemental vitamins or use hair growth products, your hair still needs natural hydration from the vital organs in our bodies and hair follicles being adequately hydrated. With proper hydration, you can increase your hair's natural vitamin production. However, without enough water intake, you can potentially stunt your hair's growth by helping you to maintain cell production.
